लखनऊ। शासन के निर्देश पर माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के भी अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों का मेरिट आधारित तबादला किया जाएगा। जून में होने वाले तबादले को देखते हुए विभाग ने 31 मार्च तक मेरिट निर्धारित करने व मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर डाटा अपडेट करने का निर्देश दिया है। महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा ने निर्देश दिया है कि

समूह क, ख, ग व घ के सभी कर्मचारियों की वार्षिक प्रविष्टि मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन दर्ज की जाए। इसके लिए आवश्यक वर्क फ्लो 30 अप्रैल तक अनिवार्य रूप से जनरेट किया जाए। अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों व शिक्षकों की गोपनीय आख्या अप्रैल के पहले सप्ताह में अनिवार्य रूप से पूरी की जाए। उन्होंने कहा है कि इन सभी की वार्षिक प्रविष्टि मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन दर्ज की जाए। अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के चिह्निकरण व मेरिट निर्धारित करने की प्रक्रिया 31 मार्च तक पूरी की जाए। महानिदेशक ने कहा है कि पूर्व में दिए गए निर्देश के बाद भी मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर डाटा अपलोड व त्रुटिरहित करने के लिए पहले भी कहा गया है। इसके बाद भी इसमें कमियां मिलती हैं। इसे समय से ठीक किया जाए। ऐसा न करने पर संबंधित अधिकारी का उत्तरदायित्व तय किया जाएगा.

These shortcomings must be rectified in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in the accountability of the concerned official being fixed.
