 वेतन विसंगति, खाली पदों पर नियुक्ति नहीं होने से कर्मचारी नाराज

लखनऊ। प्रदेश के शिक्षक-कर्मचारियों ने वेतन विसंगति, सेवा नियमावली, खाली पदों पर नियुक्ति व पदोन्नति नहीं होने पर नाराजगी जताई है। कर्मचारियों ने कहा है कि आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों की हालत और खराब है। महंगाई से सभी त्रस्त हैं। इन मुद्दों पर जल्द सकारात्मक निर्णय न हुआ तो कर्मचारी आंदोलन को बाध्य होंगे। यह सहमति शुक्रवार को कर्मचारी-शिक्षक संयुक्त मोर्चा की नगर निगम मुख्यालय में हुई बैठक में बनी।

 बैठक में मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष वीपी मिश्रा ने इस बात पर नाराजगी जताई कि मुख्यमंत्री व मुख्य सचिव के आदेश के बाद भी कर्मचारी संगठनों की मांगों पर अधिकारी वार्ता नहीं कर रहे हैं। संगठनों के अध्यक्ष और महामंत्री के सचिवालय प्रवेश पत्र भी जारी नहीं हो रहे हैं। जिससे वह संपर्क नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। अपर मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिव खुद बैठक बुलाते नहीं हैं। मोर्चा के महासचिव शशि कुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि सर्वसम्मत से निर्णय लिया गया कि मुख्यमंत्री व मुख्य सचिव को आंदोलन की नोटिस भेजकर आग्रह किया गया कि वह खुद बैठक करके निर्णय लें। यदि 15 दिन में मोर्चा की मांगों पर सार्थक निर्णय नहीं किया गया तो दोबारा बैठक करके आंदोलन की घोषणा की जाएगी। बैठक में राज्य कर्मचारी संयुक्त परिषद के अध्यक्ष सुरेश कुमार रावत, महामंत्री अतुल मिश्रा, स्थानीय निकाय कर्मचारी महासंघ के महामंत्री कैसर राजा, राजकीय निगम कर्मचारी महासंघ के अध्यक्ष * मनोज मिश्रा आदि उपस्थित थे।

Lucknow: Teachers and employees of the state have expressed their anger over issues such as salary disparities, lack of service regulations, non-appointment to vacant posts, and lack of promotions. The employees stated that the condition of outsourced workers is even worse. Everyone is troubled by inflation. If positive decisions are not made soon on these issues, the employees will be forced to launch a movement. This consensus was reached during a meeting of the Employee-Teacher Joint Front held at the Municipal Corporation headquarters on Friday.

In the meeting, the Front’s president, V.P. Mishra, expressed displeasure over the fact that despite orders from the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary, officials are not holding talks on the demands of employee organizations. Entry passes to the secretariat for the presidents and general secretaries of these organizations are also not being issued, preventing them from making contact. The Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary do not call meetings themselves. The Front’s General Secretary, Shashi Kumar Mishra, informed that a unanimous decision was taken to send a notice of agitation to the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary, urging them to personally hold a meeting and make decisions. If meaningful decisions on the Front’s demands are not taken within 15 days, another meeting will be held to announce the agitation. The meeting was attended by Suresh Kumar Rawat, President of the State Employees Joint Council, General Secretary Atul Mishra, General Secretary of the Local Body Employees Federation Kaiser Raja, and President of the State Corporation Employees Federation Manoj Mishra, among others.
